Return Process

(RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
Prepare Your Return:
- Securely pack the items) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return:
- Send the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Refunds
