RETURN POLICY
At Monsaraje, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to facilitate the return process.
Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
Initiate a Return:

support@monsaraje.com with your order number and reason for the return. - We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number
(RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
Prepare Your Return:
- Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return:
- Send the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 14 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the originall item and place a new order for the desired item.
