1. Products and Availability

Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is not available after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the price at the time of purchase will apply.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, as well as PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
3. Sales Tax
U.S. Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where we are required to collect sales tax.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping only within the United States.
Shipping Fees: Shipping is free on all orders within the USA.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated based on your chosen shipping method and are not guaranteed. Orders typically process within 7 business days, and you will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Limitations: Some items may be subject to export restrictions, depending on destination. Orders placed in violation of these laws will be canceled.
5. Order Cancellation
Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. To make changes, you must cancel the order and place a new one.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting our customer service team at monsarajejewelry@gmail.com. If an order has already shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
6. Return Policy
Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process:
Contact customer service at support@monsaraje.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
Use a trackable shipping method to return the item to the address provided by customer service.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the item, less any restocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Monsaraje error.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for your desired item.
7. Limitation of Liability
Monsaraje is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.
